What happens when the words and the delivery don’t match. He's said himself that outside of feelings and attitudes, the principle doesn’t apply. Popularised by content creators, this principle has been taken out of context. Can it be that it’s appealing to the nature of the humans who don’t want to deal with saying the thing that they need to say? If the words are only 7%, you never have to say the hard thing out loud.
