I dont agree...dribbling is over rated...the rule the game has always been...the ball runs not the player....the problem is how its supposed to run...look at 2010 spain 2009-2013 barca....rarely dribble...mainly move the ball side to side until open lanes show up

I think it's a skill issue. Wingers like Madueke, Martinelli, Neto, Grealish, Garnacho would never be playing at top clubs. They lack the ability to beat the defender, they need achers of space to run into in order to do anything and you don't get that in the PL.
