Don't agree on 15 year mortgage and paid off car (if it's worth something more than a few grand). Better to keep as much money invested as possible and pay those low interest loans. When you hit 8 figure net worth then these start to be bit more irrelevant but most people will never hit that me included.

It’s ridiculous when you see people paying £700 per month to lease their car and it’s as much as their house payment.

Hey, do you have difficult advice for the people in the comments asking about housing spend? I moved away from London as it was Killy my ability to invest, save and own a home. Unless you have a combined household income well into the 6 figures, you need to move. If not you it’s almost impossible to achieve any type of FIRE
