Do not do it this way if you have low head track with the cables on the outside of track. The bottom section will shoot up at you

Open door manually, remove one side track drop door down replace rollers lift door up(obviously making sure all rollers go into the horizontal track as you open it) replace side track repeat in other side don’t listen to this trash sales pitch
