10cent allot of person never take the refund only the person go garbage can to take the cans to get the refund. make 50cents or more, then will make all people's to make the refund. so all will know to refund. the refund machine no working give you a re a to claim

If people are encouraged to recycle, why need to pay $0.10? If there is no $0.10 deposit, and can get back$0.05 by taking it to the recycling machine, would that be better?

The concept to recycle is right but the policy to collect and refund causes inconvenience and the fact that people money are used for the machine etc… a better way is to adopt the japanese way of recycle
