Idk I feel like tft is a good place to test the engine before moving to league and working out the kinks with that before the big game that is league. not to diminish tft but I do feel its smaller stakes to get it perfect for league next

I'm convinced Unreal engine is now hot garbage. everything I've seen pushed out of unreal engine 5 looks phenomenal but runs like its on Intel core 2 duo. it makes no sense.

I think we dont have to worry about the league change over, because this tft set was designed in the new engine they had a hard deadline they needed to hit. the league change over is still staying in the same engine, so should not be as disrupted

Mind you, most of these bugs were identified week one on pbe and they had 5 weeks to fix them and they still went live knowing it was going to be a problem.

I don't think we should two separate games, developed by two separate teams... yes it's still under the Riot umbrella... but still two different teams working on these projects besides, has it even been confirmed that they're using UE for the League Next update?

I just don’t understand why they dropped it. They delayed for a month to improve it and it’s atrocious. Outside of people not having the cosmetics they paid for, performance issues, crashing, the game no functioning correctly either deleting units or items 😂 who gave the greenlight on it that it’s acceptable for public ?

is there not like some type of action that can be taken against them suspending cosmetics you bought or was there a like a line in the t&c that said they can suspend your cosmetics at any time. shouldnt you be eligible for refunds?

I think this is an example of the money making machine conflicting with the actual pace of development- it came out because it's time for a new battle pass and if they push it back anymore, the entire reward system grinds to a halt and they risk losing the people hooked on that reward system to a competitor- but unfortunately, the state of the game might lose those people for other reasons
