I have constant throbbing in all those areas. Feels like a Charlie horse 24/7 sharp pain too but the throbbing is extreme. MRI said mild OA, shots don’t help, pt hasn’t helped. I am desperate to figure it out. I’m only 40 and can barely walk.

Question, so is pain behind the knee cap while squatting or doing lunges after a few reps due to weak hip flexors or hip muscles? No swelling, my knee never gives but it does get poppy sometimes after a sculpt Pilates class

I have pain in knee when walking where the blue is at and have had this issue for almost 2 years, it gradually got worse didnt have an accident happen just pain from walkjng and got worse where i would feel the pain the next day which makes it hard to work, im just not exactly sure if its pes anserine, cause i also have pain now in that area too or patellar tendo, i have gone to multiple physical therapist but i had to stop going cause no progress and couldnt keep affording it😔
