Earlier, when talking to one of our contacts in evacuation center, they mentioned that over 400 individuals from a sibgle baranggay here in Guagua Pampanga have been forced to leave their homes due to severe flooding. Behind that number are kids, parents, elders and families unsure what they’ll return”ll return to. Whatever their background or status, no one deserves to endure this kind of devastation just because the greediness of a few continues to put the communities at risk.
