When I lived in Milton, I travelled between 25 and Goreway in Brampton for six years. My average speed was usually about 135 that’s with the flow of traffic. This means nothing.

Increase the speed limit while the Liberal Party is giving out free Cellphones at every ramp along the route to slow traffic down to 20km /hour and blame Trump for Tweeting too much.

Raising the speed limit is not the issue. The main problems with highway traffic is the inability to merge properly AND at speed, driving in the fast/passing lane when driving slow, and the complete panic and slow down that people go through when a lane is ending/blocked by emergency vehicle/construction. Fixing traffic would be done by people actually learning how to drive on the highway. Testing should be more strict for the younger generation that inforces proper highway driving.
