I also show you how Google Read Along can give your child additional reading-aloud practice, even when you’re not available to sit with them. For parents in Ghana, you can also involve an older sibling in SHS or university as a reading practice partner. You don't always need to pay for 1:1 tutoring to create more opportunities for your child to practise. Remember: fluency is not about making your child read as fast as possible.
