I don’t understand. Does this not get soggy and gross after a day or two?Especially the vegetables with sauce all over them sitting in the fridge for days on and? Do they not get extremly soggy? Do you have a magical fridge? Do you keep them in the freezer?

How do you store these? Because salads etc don’t really freeze well, but would they still be good on Friday in the fridge if prepped on Sunday? My mom used to say that it wouldn’t be safe to eat cooked food after 3 days in the fridge due to bacterial growth. Do you freeze stuff? Or is it just okay to eat after 5 days? I’m really curious! I want to do this more because I ate like shit the past few months🥲
