Did u go when they first opened?? I wonder if they had those premade sitting in the fridge so it’s not fresh. What if it sat out to get to room temp it might be better. They are super cute to look at tho!

You’re always getting dry cookies. My Crumbl has NEVER had dry cookies. Maybe you need a new location. I don’t plan on trying this weeks cookies though, so I won’t know how this lineup is at a good location
