100% I would file with the Board of Realtors that her brokerage was coming from. Screenshot all documentation. As someone who spent a decade in real estate, they take that very seriously.

Why was YOUR realtor not riding at dawn for you? That’s her job to be a thorn in their side and remind them on the contractual obligations? I’m sorry it was a nightmare. Glad it all worked out. Hopefully the delay on your purchase also didn’t domino problems for those sellers, too.

File a complaint with your states realtor board on the realtor and broker. All of that was completely unnecessary and illegal. They are required to tell their clients everything and communicate all changes and delays with your realtor.
