Nova, because of your inspiration I spent many hours sitting outside this summer after nearly 14 years of agoraphobia. Thank you! I now know my front porch is a safe space and took another step this week by sitting outside in the dark. Once again I found it to be safe. I am working my way towards finding a lovely wooded area to explore next year. Thank you for being an inspiration ❤️💕

Nova, I just wanted to say thank you. I moved to a place where there is hardly any wooded areas or hills or anything really. Anytime I feel homesick I watch your videos. (I grew up in a very forested area and would spend all day outside) Blessing upon you!
