Gary my son is 19, just sold his 5th house this month to total 2 million for his FIRST year as a real-estate agent! My daughter was out at 18, became a CNA, got an apartment, got married at 23 and they just bought their first home. They HUSTLE singing together anywhere they can as side money to put away. to say Im proud is an understatement! they're both doing better than us and thats all ive ever wanted!

I’m 19, self employed and own a construction and detailing business but still live at my moms by choice. It’s so annoying though cause I’m constantly getting questioned or asked about stuff that isn’t her business.

Well to be fair our parents generation ruined us, so my man son still lives at home with his girlfriend and I have my grown daughters location who lives state away. Funny thing is, they are the ones who blow me up if I’m out somewhere 🤣
