Did she not read the charges?? This happened in April and he was arrested in August. There was a full investigation done and she got a r*** kit at the hospital. He wouldn’t be in custody with NO bond if it were nothing that happened.

My 10 year old kissed his little girlfriend at his birthday party last July, they went under the water at the pool and kissed. She told her Mom that he asked her if he could kiss her and she said yes. I was super proud of him for getting consent!

Yes, he is a minor, but he’s being charges an adult so that’s why all the charges are public and his mug shot was public. They never would’ve done that if he was not being charged as an adult.

I think we should always believe people, but also remember there are girls who do lie about that stuff. My cousin is one of them. She told a story about our bus driver and her dad was literally about to kill him. The story was proven untrue. It’s just a sticky situation. But I do feel for the guys who are victims of untruths as well as females who are truly victims.
