I read this book as a child and then another young man named Joshua Solomon did the same thing back in the 90s he was on the Oprah Winfrey show I said that was the hardest thing to do is live as a black man

Good conversation on the thread. Some still deny the existence of racism which Griffin exposed when he visited places as a Black/White man. The denial resides in the minds of those who often refuse to accept the truth. Griffin did and exposed it and was threatened because of it.
