@eyedropshop: That tiny eyelid twitch can feel SO dramatic 👁️ Most eyelid twitching is harmless and can be triggered by things like stress, lack of sleep, too much caffeine, screen time, eye strain, or dry eye. Try giving your eyes a little TLC: sleep, hydrate, take screen breaks, and cut back on caffeine for a few days. If the twitch won’t quit, starts involving other parts of your face, forces your eye closed, or comes with other symptoms, get it checked by your eye doctor. 👩⚕️✨ Anyone else’s eyelid start twitching the second life gets stressful? 😂 #EyeTwitch #EyelidTwitch #EyeHealth #DryEye #EyeStrain @Dr. C | Optometrist 🧿
