Crockpot Marry Me Chicken Sandwiches INGREDIENTS 1 lb chicken breast 1/2 tsp each salt, pepper, oregano, thyme 1 tsp each onion powder and garlic powder 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tbsp minced garlic 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup of chicken broth 8 slices of bacon 1 block of cream cheese 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese Brioche buns INSTRUCTIONS Spray a crockpot with cooking spray and add the chicken. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Next, add the minced garlic, chopped sun dried tomatoes, and chicken broth. Be sure to stir the sun dried tomatoes and garlic around. You want the sun dried tomatoes to be down in the chicken broth, so they don’t burn. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Once the chicken is fully cooked shred the chicken, add a block of cream cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Let this keep cooking on low until the cream cheese is melted and stir everything together well. Cook bacon while cream cheese is melting.
