This is a typical shift. Not a busy one. Thank you for elucidating this. We are called “lazy” if we sit down at all. Corporate wants us to do more, despite there being no time. With 26 residents on a 8 hour shift…..each patient gets roughly 18 minutes of CNA care a day….
