There's no reason to use a qr code in any car park. You have mipermit, justpark and the other one on your phone and just look for the number printed on the machine.

I download an app that was on the parking sign in a hospital car park. I ended up with a subscription to the LA Times newspaper! The bank refunded me and after the second attempt I had to change my debit card.
