No they're not. The fact that they have access to XRP doesn't mean they're using it. You can't force institutions to use a volatile token for payments rather than a stablecoin. And they're all creating their own stablecoins. And the XRP ledger is so efficient that billions of dollars worth of rwa's can be hosted with relatively few accounts and minimal xrp burns or usage. So the ledger barely affects the price of the token. Nobody's flipping any switch.
