@onlinemeded: 3rd year medical students, regardless of their career goals, can learn something from every rotation. In OBGYN I learned about making tough decisions that have tradeoffs- OB's often have to decide of course of action (expectant management, operative delivery) with incomplete data. Through my OB attendings I learned to balance tradeoffs of management decisions, a skill I use in the NICU to this day. - #OnlineMedEd
