I sense there may be some corruption involved. Often, it is only after land has been sold and proper investigations are conducted that the truth comes to light and those responsible are held accountable. But why wait until then? Why not conduct proper due diligence now? My advice to prospective buyers is simple: do your due diligence before purchasing land. Verify ownership, documentation, boundaries, and all relevant records to avoid being caught off guard later.
