I remember drinking and throwing around a football at the diamond ballroom years ago. I met Leon in the parking lot and he was super cool. You guys gave away tickets for the show and they wouldn’t let anymore people in Unc snuck us in backstage so we could still watch the show. Great memory!

wow this is something i never new and a bit haunting and chilling for me ,i showed an uncle of mine, kings of leon probably about 15 years ago and he actually thought i was taking the piss trying to play a joke on him, coz he actually thought it was me singing and id named myself kings of leon 😂 bcoz my grandfather was named leon and bcoz of the relationship i had with my grandfather, so to hear yous actually named the band after your grandfather named leon is like WTF😳 to me lol ,as i get people telling me all the time i sound like caleb when i sing ,i dont hear it myself but people do say it haha, little back story about me is my grandparents took me in when i was child,i dont no where id be today if they didnt do that for me ,they were my world and i miss them everyday ,this songs going to hit hard for me and bring back a lot of good memories thanks boys🙏 @Kings of Leon
