Costco has previously stated that more than 80% of its Kirkland Signature beef was sourced from the U.S. and Canada. costco has some of the highest food safety testing and reporting. they even exceeded standard federal regulations. when they had a recall on the motor city cheese sticks earlier this year I got an email and a phone call telling me about the recall cause it was in their system that I had bought it recently.

I just seen something on the news about the beef and because we have this law in the US where they can stamp made in the US on any meat product even if it’s not from here cause of a bill they passed years ago it’s very concerning.
