I saw a video earlier of a delivery driver not taking any snacks from his last delivery due to this whole situation. He said he'd prefer to just go grab a drink and snack from the gas station rather than deal with anything like this delivery driver had to deal with so it's definitely deterring others from taking the free snacks and drinks already.

The business is in the wrong! Period! I also left drinks and snacks for our delivery drivers before. One cake pop? Who cares! I would have gave it to him. I mean he even apologized and sent more money to them then they costed in the first place
