This is so ridiculous. They are now using Ai to actually do the job so why is this considered cheating? Most people use Ai to prepare for interviews so what’s the difference? No one codes anymore at work, everyone is using Ai. The key is, you have to know how to use it and know what you are doing

Just ask Claude to create a one page interview cheat sheet for you and print it out and put it on your wall by your laptop or computer. I also used my interview cheat sheet for an in person interview because you can have your notes there and everything was totally fine like I don’t understand why people can’t think their way out of situations.

The in-person interview to me is very important and a needed measure to eliminate fraud. It makes me very upset that the Fraudsters have an easier time getting an interview let alone the job.
