Yall do realize that the whole trial is whether she was in a state of psychosis or not when the situation happened. She’s either ending up in prison or a mental institution; her defense team literally said that she did it, it’s just all about determining whether she is criminally responsible or was in a state of psychosis. Either way she’s not walking away free (or walking at all).
