I’m also knitting the jolie poncho and I had the same hesitation, but on her samole picture milloté did 15 cm so that’s what I did and for the moment I’m happy with that ☺️

I am knitting it right now an I did the 20cm version 🥰 before blocking it might be a little bit tight and chunky but I think afterwards it will be more loose around the neck so that it flows very nicely with the rest of the poncho
