Turning off the AC in a gym is crazyyyy work. Especially for jogging, like I would jog outside while it’s super cold (people wearing puffed jackets kinda cold) and 10 minutes in I’m sweating in a tshirt

op is definitely nta it would be one thing if it was a small gym woth only a few people but if it's a gym capable of holding 20+ people you don't just come in and turn the ac off without asking everyone else if it's ok to do so or at least turn the temperature up and like op said if you want to sweat more wear more/thicker clothing and/or go outside to run/jog/walk
