Most health advice tells you what to do. Almost none of it tells you how to treat yourself when you fall short. In this conversation, Chris points to something he believes is almost entirely missing from the health and wellness space: self-compassion. The pattern is familiar. You commit to a protocol. You follow it for a while. Then you slip. And instead of moving forward, you beat yourself up — and eventually quit. But as Chris explains, the people who actually succeed long term aren't the ones who never fail. They're the ones who dust themselves off, try again, fail again, and keep trying until they find something that genuinely works for them. The goal isn't perfection. It's persistence. And that starts with how you talk to yourself when things don't go to plan. Tune into the full conversation, out now on all major streaming platforms. ▶️ youtube.com/@The.Living.Room.Podcast
