Weekend special Buns recipe 👇 Dough preparation; Warm milk 1/2 cup Yeast 2tsp Flour 3 cups Salt 1tsp, sugar 1tbsp Egg 1 Oil 5tbsp Add milk in a bowl and add yeast in milk and mix well , now add all rest ingredients and knead dough well Rest dough for 40 mins maximum Filling 👇 Oil 2tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1tsp Boil shredded chicken 200g Spice ( salt, paprika, black pepper, white pepper, oregano, garlic powder, chilli flakes all spice 1tsp ) Add oil in pan , now add ginger garlic paste and fry , now add boil chicken and mix and now add all spices and mix well Now add plain flour 3tbsp and milk 1/2 cup and soya sauce 1tbsp and chicken stock 2tbsp and mayonnaise 2tbsp and mix well Now divide dough in equal parts and make balls I made 8 buns Take 1 ball and press and fill and lock , now egg wash and add seeds on top and bake Bake for 18 mins for 180 degree Celsius with both rods Enjoy 😉 #easy #EasyRecipes #chicken #buns #lunchideas
