@apexfitnesscoaching: There are proteins that are better for fat loss and there are proteins that are poorer for fat loss. We tend to find the proteins that are poorer are the ones that are higher in fat. If they're higher in fat, it means they're taking up a lot of calories that could be going towards extra protein, vegetables, fruits, and more carbohydrates. Remember the higher the fat content in protein, the less efficient it will be.
