For sure I hate the saucespans we have of late. just cook something in it and a few moments later, you find some ugly stuff developing on the sides inside the pan! Saucespans back then in my childhood were never like that!

When you wash them and leave them wet they develop stainless particles that bulge at the bottom, I imagined leaving your soup there or anything consumable you would be consuming those pieces of steel. I sold them all to scrap dealers
