I love this because I usually cleanse my body twice with exfoliating gloves (safe because I've been doing it for years), but after my second cleanse, I used the bio scrub, and oh my, my blue exfoliating glove became brown, as if it was my first time cleansing my body. It keeps me fresh all day.
