How did toga make copies of other people? if she copied twice power, he could only make one copy if he copies himself that copy makes another copy of himself. he can’t make multiple copies of someone else because their power is not the copy.so how

Nah if it was twice then it would’ve been WAY worse for them, Toga can make doubles sure but her doubles can only use powers if she loves them, it’s the same thing for her transformation, she can only use Twice and Ochacko’s quirks because she loves them so much, she states herself that her doubles of Dabi and Shigaraki can’t use their quirks because she doesn’t love them as much as she does Twice and Ochako
