I call upon the wisdom of my ancestors, the grounding of the earth, and the light of the Full Moon to guide me through this deep reckoning. I lay bare my deepest truths, facing my fears, doubts, procrastination, laziness, and the habit of waiting for someone else to save me. I acknowledge the shadow of blaming others and every bad decision born from survival. I face the times I compromised my wellbeing and spiritual growth to please others: - I acknowledge my difficulty saying "no" out of fear of disapproval, leaving myself vulnerable to being taken advantage of. - I face my fear of being alone, which has caused me to accept toxic people and harmful connections. - I bring to light my long-held anxieties, including unexplained fears of the natural world and the darkness of night. - I acknowledge my temper under pressure, my urge to control outcomes, my fear of rejection, and the heavy fog of depression. Under the witness of the Full Moon and my ancestors, I reclaim my power: - I release the illusion of waiting for a savior, stepping into full responsibility for my own healing and action. - I release the habit of shifting blame, embracing total accountability. - I release the fear of being disliked, the fear of standing alone, the need to control, and past despair. - I release all mental illusions and fear of the unknown. I call back every piece of my energy I scattered in pleasing others, in delaying my progress, and in doubting my own strength. I step out of my shadows, stripped of denial, and anchored in my own inner power. My boundaries are iron, my hands are ready to build my life, and my spirit is clear.
