I’m 64, and I’ve tried enough “anti-aging” trends to know what deserves a permanent spot in my routine. These do. 👇 🤲 1. 2 minutes of facial massage. That’s what you’re watching me do here. I use gentle pressure with enough slip so I’m not pulling dry skin. I mainly do it for relaxation and temporary de-puffing — not because I expect it to magically erase wrinkles. 🌙 2. A retinoid at night. If I had to simplify my nighttime routine, this would stay. Retinoids are among the best-studied topical ingredients for improving the appearance of fine lines, uneven texture, and signs of photoaging over time. 🧬 3. Liposomal NMN every morning. NMN is involved in cellular energy and naturally declines with age. Supporting healthy aging from the inside became just as important to me as what I put on my face. It’s an Amazon Best Seller for a reason. (the exact one I use is linked in my bio 🧬) ☀️ 4. Protecting my skin from UV — every day. This is the boring one I wish I’d taken seriously at 30. Sunscreen, sunglasses, shade when possible. I’d rather prevent unnecessary sun damage than spend years trying to correct it. 🍊 5. Vitamin C in the morning. I use a vitamin C serum underneath sunscreen for antioxidant support and to help with the appearance of uneven tone. 💪 6. Strength training. This one has NOTHING to do with another face cream. Muscle mass and strength become increasingly important as we age, so I train for the 70-year-old version of me too. 🥚 7. Giving my body the building blocks it actually needs. Enough protein, vitamin C-rich foods, omega-3 sources, fruits, and vegetables. Your body can’t build and maintain healthy tissue out of skincare products. If I could go back 15 years, I wouldn’t buy more “miracle” creams. I’d start the boring, evidence-backed stuff earlier — and stay consistent with it. Because at 64, I’ve learned that looking after yourself isn’t about finding ONE secret. want my full skin routine - exact products, doses and order? comment
