@brookeewilsonnnn: I’m watching the courtroom today, and if the jury sends another question, requests additional evidence, or reaches a verdict, I’ll update you immediately. #truecrime #lindsayclancy #trial #verdictwatch
This jury is pissing me off, how long does it take to deliberate not guilty

I was convinced that LC was not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility. However, I’ve learned LC could be, ‘Not guilty’ all together and that changes things for me.

When I heard the jury asked for Lindsay’s medications I hoped they were trying to figure out how there was seroquel in her system but she had stopped taking that and the bottle was in Patrick’s car as he was supposed to be taking them to dispose of

Ma’am, one of the five verdicts is in fact a Not Guilty option.

Omfg people need to educate themselves, not guilty IS an option. This is not just to decide if she goes to prison or a psych hospital. She remains innocent until proven guilty.

Idk why the jurors aren’t locked into a hotel, how would anyone know they aren’t looking at social media

There is also a question of whether she did it or not. This trial is not ONLY for deciding criminal responsibility. They could very well come back with a not guilty verdict 🤷🏻♀️(not just not guilty by reason of mental defect)

The jury are arguing. They can’t decide, I can imagine the debates going on. There is a good chance they deadlock but I don’t think they will.

I really don’t understand how anyone can hear this case and not have reasonable doubt. I can’t understand how anyone is 100% on guilty after all of this evidence. How can one accept guilt if they have no memory of their actions and only accepted they did it based on another person telling them they did. I can’t agree on guilty or not guilty. I have enough doubt to say I don’t know.

Justice isn't just punishment and revenge. Justice will ensure there are safety nets in place, money needs to be invested in PPP, potential future victims can be saved in a just society. I see people baying for blood and its ridiculous and really shows a level of stupidity that's concerning.

Why would the jury be allowed to go home for such a high profile case? This is such a short sighted decision for the court to make

They first have to all agree that she committed the crime or not before they can move on to determining if she was criminally, responsible, or insane or manslaughter. They first have to get past the fact, do they all agree that she committed the crimes did the prosecution prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she committed the crimes they can’t just start deliberating on a conviction of the charges if they don’t first, I’ll agree whether she did or did not do it. Remember, the prosecution had the full burden of proof that she committed the crime.
