@sheautomated: I automated the follow-up for my own Automation Assessment 👀⚙️ After someone finishes the assessment, the website creates their personalized results first. Then it builds the actual HTML email from those results and sends the finished email data through a webhook to Make.com. From there, Make.com handles the delivery through Gmail. I also built a separate flow for the Automation Starter Toolkit waitlist, so when someone intentionally joins the waitlist, they get added to the tracker and receive their own confirmation email. Two different actions. Two different automations. Two different follow-ups. The assessment sends personalized results. The Toolkit waitlist sends a confirmation.
