And why aren't the parents being held for like parent? Neglect, for letting the child be on the porch in the porch place that high up alright. Is the kid still with the parents? Why aren't they on a list? And why aren't they in jail for neglect? And all that other c*** that comes with letting a child on a ledge, and falling off the ledge, why weren't they paying attention
