I have a almost 3 month old and I have to return back to work. I want I be able to have a supply for a day or 2 worth for my first day back because I don’t know how she will eat when I am gone for the day. What is your opinion in how to get the milk stored for my first day back? Should I just be pumping the next few days and not latch her? How to pump for my baby when she is exclusively breast fed? I need help!

I have a three week old and BF is going well but want to start building a little stash to be able to intro a bottle soon. day 2 and Im getting about an ounce from each breast after ten mins of pumping - is that adequate for now? Should I up that time slowly? I’m doing it after the morning feed and don’t want an over supply but would love some for when he needs to take a bottle or we’re apart in the future! thank you!

I made it to 14 months exclusive breastfeeding and very rarely touched my pump thanks to you and a couple other great LCs on TikTok! So grateful for your videos on the days where I questioned my supply. I was a true “right amounter” and I wish I learned to trust my body earlier. ❤️

My baby boy has reflux and suspected cmpa I have cut out dairy but I feel like my supply is dropping also he seems to have less reflux if I give him a bottle of pumped breast milk compared to him drinking straight from the breast what can I do to help him and boost my supply I’m only a week into being dairy free ?x please help I don’t know what to do I feel like I’m making him have reflux ?
