ALL Dr's I've ever been to refused hormone testing, basically said you're just depressed or said you've had cancer in the past so you wouldn't even be a candidate for hormone replacement therapy and wanted to prescribe anti depression medication, this is why I don't go anymore ✌️💯

In perimenopause our hormones are constantly fluctuating which is why you can get tested at any given time and it looks normal. it's actually not recommended to get tested because then you get gaslit into thinking you don't have it and you're just imagining the symptoms. going on progesterone and estradiol has been a complete game changer.

So many doctors refuse to check our hormones because they say that hormones vary from day-to-day and don’t give an accurate picture

What happens if you can't take Progesterone? I tried it orally and vaginally and it gave me worse brain fog. I couldn't function the next day.

Here in the UK if you are over 42 or 45 the GP’s won’t do a blood test for hormones…

It’s diabolical to think that women would actually start drinking more in their 40s… I could not even imagine feeling like additional hell by drinking more 😳 I’m already feeling terrible… add alcohol. Yikes.
