centro histórico is inside an old fort. and, yes, it full of tourists and tourists attract hustlers. but its so pretty with some very cute shops. and I love the new mall... the rappers are also expecting a paycheck... this is funny cuz my American butt got serenaded not 5 minutes after leaving my hotel... and yes they are super talented.
