Was totally unnecessary arrest there’s some people that when they have a badge in a gun they see nothing and have no compassion. He could simply told her ma’am signing the ticket does not make you agree with the ticket truly unnecessary to the fullest and whatever state this is in the laws on the books must be changed. A speeding ticket is a speeding ticket. I have been to California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania Chicago. I have never encountered a speeding ticket and I had to either sign the ticket or go to jail and have my car towed so now I’m paying on top of paying I’m paying for the tow I’m paying for the ticket. I gotta get to court. It’s just it’s just not even worth it. It’s not even a reckless driving ticket. It’s a speeding ticket. Had it been a reckless driving ticket I might be able to see the reasoning for her going to jail, but this is a speeding ticket and I would be highly upset. I wouldn’t care what color I am I would be at the utmost upset because it is a twist in the wound.

Sign your citation and fight it in court. You don’t agree with the judge decision, appeal it. She had opinions. I guess she didn’t understand 🤷♂️

I understand why she wanted to call her family member because I have family members that don’t speak good English who would always call us in difficult situations to explain things to them. I wish she explained better that that’s what she needed.

85 in a 45- that’s all you need to know! Learn the rules of your state. If you get a ticket and have to sign, read it first and then sign it or not sign it. If it says u r guilty upon signing it, don’t sign it if h plan to fight ticket. If state law says u have to sign, just sign. It will not be admission of guilt
