The United States has zero capability to refine Venezuelan crude. It’s too heavy. It would take billions of $ and years to build the facilities. Also….. wonder boy never even came close to answering the question.

Venezuela produces oil at a rate of about 400 million barrels a year. Even if they give us 100% of their oil (which they will not) it’ll take 162 years to get that oil…. The fact that his base believes him is ridiculous
