A colleague did some low budget traditional ceremony, no reception, no wedding , you just take your food and go home, after the wedding when she sees me at work she’s like Akosua I pray you marry just like I did 🤦🏼♀️sometimes I want to tell her that I can single handedly pay for the entire ceremony she did 😂

Not talking about those that say this to spite one another but Marriage aside the truth is most times you might not truly understand something or someone if you have not been through it yourself, when I lost my dad was when I understood how the pain felt and felt sorry for the times I thought some people overreacted.

That statement doesn’t necessarily mean any harm. I remember when I wasn’t married and someone married was asking me for an advice on something. I did advise her but also told her, she should ask a married person who has had a first hand experience. Same as motherhood. As a single girl, i thought people that didn’t snap back after birth were not doing enough until I became a mum.😂 I don’t know why people take everything as an insult.
