@thecourierjournal: Since last October, Flock Safety automated license plate reader cameras in Louisville have been vandalized or gone missing on at least two dozen occasions according to documents obtained by The Courier Journal under Kentucky’s open records law. The vandalism has resulted in the city spending thousands of dollars to replace cameras and poles.
