why always start with supplements? How about regular aerobic exercise, and a healthy diet with high natural fiber?

What brands of magnesium to take and digestive enzymes? My almost 15yo still have poor digestion and metallic smelling poop, his gastrologist just wants to keep prescribing laxatives

Greta advice but why are we not talking about adding in probiotics or eating more fiber. Most people eat horrible and a pill is not the fix. I love magnesium. Helps me sleep but fiber will help motility. Eat more beans, veg or fruit

100% this is accurate! The supplements she recommends don’t even cost that much. Apple cider vinegar works better than lemon water when you first start. Just mentally prepare yourself for that though, it’s not an easy shot to take. I didn’t know you combine the 3 different magnesium, most just recommend citrate.

As someone who struggles with gut health issues and sees a nutritionist taking a digestive enzyme before my meals has helped with food breakdown. I don’t feel bloated or discomfort.
